Trying to do the quest Thrasher Trout, Fish of Fury but the fishing spots in Uetra Valley will not reset. I fished in them for the quest, did not get the fish so I ran around doing other quests and went to other zones. Came back but fishing spots will not come back. I have fished at other spots in other zones and they came back. Any idea on what to do?...

I wonder if there's a way. Because I monitoring the temps whenever I'm playing the game, the temps is always rising up to 90 celcius. Perhaps there's any way to lock or limit FPS to 60? The setting in-game only offer 30 fps.
